Gather your financial information. The more accurate your numbers are to begin with, the more smoothly your mortgage and/or debt acceleration will run. But it's very easy to make changes, to enter unexpected expenses or income. In other words, your beginning numbers don't have to be perfect. Do your best.
NOTE: Due dates are impotant! If you use a credit card to consolidate certain expenses, and then pay the card in full each month, for those expenses enter the due date of the card they're paid with. For example, if your phone bill is due the 1st, but is charged to a credit card due the 17th, enter the 17th as the due date for the phone bill.
To make it really easy, we've prepared a form you can fill in online and email to our main office in Sedona, or save to your computer, then email as an attachment or fax it to your agent.
Instructions: Use the Tab key to move from field to field. Do your best to fill in accurately how much you spend and when, but don't let the perfection goblins get you. The software is easy to edit as you go forward. (The document is a PDF file: If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, get it free here.)
*NOTE: If you use online email, such as GMail or Hotmail, you will have to save the document, then attach it to the email. If your computer-based email program, such as Outlook or Outlook Express, is running when you click submit button, your document comes straight to our main office when you click the email button at the end of the form.
Your agent or our coach or technical support staff will enter your information into the software. Then you'll set a time to go over it together. Your agent or coach or technical support staff can also create a password for you that will let you have seven days in the software fully refundable if you change your mind. Seven-day periods are not renewable. However, the software does keep your information so when you reinstate your account, your information is already there.
